Minimum liability
30/60/25
Texas sets minimum liability limits of 30/60/25 — $30,000 per injured person, $60,000 per accident, and $25,000 for property damage. After a serious violation an SR-22 financial-responsibility filing is required, and Texas keeps it active for 2 years of continuous coverage.
